There are certain weapons that just dominate everything else against hard targets. Unlike FO3, the best weapon doesnt depend on the type of character you create. I included and played with all the variables such as critical chance etc. With a decent sneak and a Suppressed Sniper rifle, imġ shoting most badguys (and a few deathclaws)at distances that are scary.
